ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: പാര്‍ലമെന്റില്‍ കാലുതെറ്റി വീണ് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നേതാവും തിരുവനന്തപുരം എംപിയുമായ ശശി തരൂരിന്റെ കാലിന് പരിക്ക്. ഇന്നലെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം.
ആദ്യം കുറച്ചുനേരം ഇത് കാര്യമാക്കിയില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ മണിക്കൂറുകള്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ വേദന അസഹനീയമായി. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ചികിത്സ തേടിയതായി ശശി തരൂര്‍ ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ കുറിച്ചു.
ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത അവസ്ഥയിലാണ്. പാര്‍ലമെന്റ് സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ ഇന്ന് പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയില്ല. ഇതിന് പുറമേ ഈ ആഴ്ച മണ്ഡലത്തില്‍ പദ്ധതിയിട്ടിരുന്ന പരിപാടികള്‍ റദ്ദാക്കിയതായും അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു.
